Please find below the most frequently asked questions

Is Parking available? Free onsite parking is provided within steps of the entrance.

How many people can attend a treatment? Due to the 1 on 1 nature of our treatments we can accommodate one person at a time, we are perfectly situated to local coffee shops or additional guest can wait in the private parking area.

What type of products are used? We use organic and vegan products(ingredient list can be disclosed at any time), all allergies should be diclosed on our pre treatment screening.

What should I do to my hair before a treatment? Our head spa treatments will aim to thoroughly clean, restore or rejuvinate your hair and scalp so book in-between/before any hair colouring or styling as colour fading will happen. A quick pre wash to freshen your hair if dirty would be advised.

Do you offer Giftcards? We have a range of E-Giftcards available, they are valid for one year and non-refundable. Your unique code will be sent via E-mail and the total will be deducted from the recievers treatment once confirmed.

Can you treat all hair types? Absoloutley! All hair textures are welcomed including those with curls, as a curly myself I can attest to this. We unfortunately can't accomodate those with hair extentions as this increases the difficulty of getting down to your scalp freely will be greatly impacted.

What should I do when I arrive? Kindly text our Spa number to notify me of your arrival.
